She will find no gemstones! very very rarely, she might be able to find some remaining gemstone dust, maybe a fragment or two but nothing larger than grains of sand. The bodies will all eventually disappear if left alone (aka demons going yum yum free snack) but the dust/fragments she finds will not disappear.
